All room rates include a complimentary hearty country breakfast served between 8:30-9:30 AM. We use use locally grown produce only. Upon checking in, you will have refreshing bottled water in the room accompanied by fruit in season and gourmet candy. All cottages have hypo-allergenic fiber mattresses (similar to traditional featherbeds) and just as comfy!

There is a $25.00 charge for a third person per room.

General Information

We are a NON-SMOKING establishment. There will be a $25.00 cleaning fee assessed for smoking in the rooms.

No Pets Please

2-night minimum most weekends

Pool and Spa use are limited to Guests Only, due to insurance and liability issues. We are sorry but Guests may not have friends or relatives that are not staying at the B&B at the pool and spa.

A 50% deposit (one night minimum) will be required at the time of your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the second half of your stay.

CHECK-IN between 3 PM and 7 PM. Please call if you expect to arrive at a different time. We cannot accept Check-Ins after 10 PM.

CHECK-OUT time is 11 AM.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Full refund with fourteen (14) day notice, less a $25.00 cancellation processing fee. Less then 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we can re-rent your room, less a $25.00 service charge. There are no refunds for arrivals later or departures earlier than scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: We do have two dogs along with our other animal friends.
